2. Differentiated Forming Craft For Two Clinch Materials

1. SUS316L non-magnetic medical clinch parts: Low static pressure forming, high-speed impact pressing forbidden to avoid magnetization; 2. Nickel-plated carbon steel clinch parts: Two-stage gradual pressing to prevent coating cracking and peeling.

3. On-site Rectification For Clinching Defects

1. Slight panel bulging: Secondary cold leveling with reduced pressure to prevent sheet tearing; 2. Low pull-out force: Switch to deeper tooth clinch parts or thicker base metal; 3. Coating crack: Adopt two-step slow pressing plus final passivation sealing process.
