With the upgrade of lightweight and high-safety assembly requirements for new energy vehicles, yamaoluomu officially launches a special press nut series for NEV battery packs, designed for aluminum battery pack shells to solve pain points of traditional fasteners.

The new products adopt high-strength aluminum alloy with patented tooth design, increasing occlusal strength by 45% and tensile strength to ≥850N. They are suitable for 2.5–4.5mm aluminum sheets, realizing 100% press riveting without pre-drilling, with single installation time ≤1.2 seconds. The environmental black oxidation treatment ensures salt spray resistance ≥168h, meeting RoHS/REACH standards and providing waterproof sealing.

The series covers mainstream sizes from M3 to M8, supporting blind hole, sealing and anti-loose customization. All products have passed ISO 1478 tests and provide batch inspection reports. Currently, they are supplied to leading NEV manufacturers, and yamaoluomu will continue to focus on automotive lightweight fastening solutions.
